Static Elastic™ positioned under plastic media before entering the machine.

Problem: Static on plastic media causes dust attraction and printing defects such as fogging, overspray and threading.

Solutions Roll to Roll:

1. Place Static Elastic™ on the unwinding and take-up rolls and ground it to the metal of the machine (magnets provided)

Problem: Rigid Sheets get charged with static causing dust attraction and printing defects such as fogging, overspray and threading.

Solution:
1. Place Static Elastic™ cord across roller conveyor under the rigid material before they enter the machine.
2. Place Static Elastic™ under the rigid sheets as they exit the printing head under the sheets as shown.
